Modern life imposes enough stresses that impact our health and well-being without illness or disease playing a part. What Does It Mean To Be Truly WELL? Wellness is a state of health that doesn't just involve the absence of illness. Wellness is a holistic term that also includes a person's emotional, social, spiritual, and financial well-being. An integral part of that overall well-being is understanding and pursuing your destiny or life purpose. You were not created by accident. You are not a mistake! 

To be truly well, you must live with a sense of purpose and destiny. You can't be truly well without an awareness of your destiny, and you can't effectively pursue your destiny without being well.

A CHOICE - But WELLNESS is a "choice" ... it is easy to do ... it is easy not to do.
